Closes SSL client/server and UNIX server resources when configuration or handshakes fail, removes failed UNIX paths, and completes cleanup when a UNIX socket path was already removed.
Verified with the full 122-test / 547-assertion suite and focused TCP, SSL, UNIX socket, path, and shutdown-pipe models.
